It's Time for Breakfast


My husband and I start every day with a cup of coffee and a mixture of organic rolled oats, rolled barley and rolled rye.  Variety comes from what we add to it.  We add a fruit, nuts and yogurt.  I like plain yogurt, and Doug likes vanilla yogurt.  This morning we added bananas and almonds.  I'd like to thank Judy Jagusch for inspiring this yummy start to my day.





A Heart-y Breakfast
For each serving....

½ cup grain mix
1 cup water
Bring to a boil in a small pot.  Turn down and cook on low for 5 minutes.
OR
Cook in a microwave on high for 4 minutes.

Add, your choice of fruit and nuts and top with organic yogurt…yum!
